- If in the event item is defective customer must initiate contact within 1 day for resolution.

- All orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Preordered items will have a wait time of 1-2 weeks.
- Orders will NOT be shipped on weekends or holidays. Tracking will be provided once available.
- Delivery is available with a fee of $15.00(within GTA).
